Over my career I’ve helped individuals face life’s challenges by helping them understand their own emotional patterns and direct them towards making choices that align with their goals. Life can get complicated, messy and hard, let's work together towards your desired outcome.
 
My approach to counselling is Individualised and flexible. All our emotions are important, okay and acceptable - but we can always improve how we express them and process them.
 
I understand and am grateful for the opportunity to be with people at their most vulnerable and I take that privilege very seriously. Confidentiality is extremely important and my privacy policy can be viewed here

  • Bachelor of Social Work.
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
  • 7 years Adult Mental Health in the Government Sector.
  • 2 years Youth Work with a non government agency.
  • Level 1 Gottman Institute. 
  • Circle of Security Parenting (CoS-P) Program Facilitator. 
  • Certificate in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Trauma.
